1 General Provisions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Melbet platform and all its services. By registering on melbet-baji.com or using our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with Melbet, the following requirements must be met:

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and balances may be forfeited.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly.

Melbet does not charge any commission on transactions. However, payment providers may impose their own fees, which are the member's responsibility.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on Melbet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• Melbet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with Melbet's established policy.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household, address, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Every bonus has a specific expiry date. Any bonus not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Melbet platform:

• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated methods.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or the use of advance knowledge of results.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting activities.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Hacking or attempting to breach the site's security systems.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Melbet may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• For accounts inactive over an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a member submits a request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method; however, this may not apply in cases where the terms and conditions have been violated.

10 Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by an international gaming licensing authority. The following process will be followed to resolve any disputes between members and Melbet:

• Resolution will first be attempted through our customer support team.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.
• International arbitration law applies to all final decisions.

Melbet is not liable for any service disruptions, loss of profits, or indirect damages. A member's maximum claim shall never exceed the total amount deposited into their account.
